Meet The List Company Staff
Martin A. List
Mr. List is the President of The List Companies, Inc., a full service
real estate organization located in Palm Beach for over 50 years. Mr.
List holds active State of Florida Licenses as a Real Estate Broker,
Mortgage Broker, and Community Association Manager. As
President of List Management Company, Inc., a subsidiary of The List
Companies, he supervises the company's real estate activities, including
its brokerage, financing, investment, construction, leasing and property
management services. Mr. List is fully engaged in all facets of
the real estate industry in South Florida including development,
acquisitions and management. Mr. List is frequently called upon to
represent financial institutions as an asset manager or to represent a
property as a court appointed receiver. He is also a licensed
General Contractor and qualifier for The List Companies' construction
company, Palm Beach Construction Co., although he keeps that license in
inactive status and now acts strictly as an Owner's Representative when
involved in construction activities. He is a community leader,
serving in leadership capacities for several educational and charitable
organizations in the Palm Beaches.
Michele M.
Drake
As Controller for The List Companies, Ms. Drake is responsible for
monthly preparation of financial information for investor clients,
financial institutions and court cases. She also interfaces with
the Operations Division for efficient cash flow control and client
satisfaction.
Michele Drake brings to our team over fifteen years of financial
experience in commercial development and asset management. Ms.
Drake is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and Community
Association Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in
Business Administration and Computer Information Systems.
